Susan L. Allen
Shareholder
Susan L. Allen joined the firm in 2013 and became a shareholder in 2019, bringing substantial experience in corporate governance issues, finance and business transactions. She routinely represents tribal economic development corporations, 8(a) companies, and businesses operating across a wide range of industries. Susan is an enrolled member of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe.
Susan is focused on her client’s business goals and helping them assess risks and make informed decisions regarding transaction structuring. She understands that tribal entities need deals closed on time and on budget. Additionally, Susan has a Master in tax law and is very familiar with federal tax laws and tribal-state tax issues applicable to business activities.
